A forum with the candidates running for the U.S. House of Representatives for California's District 1 will be held on Wednesday, October 14 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The forum is a late addition to LWVWNC's Candidate Forum series, held as virtual presentations this year, just finalized with incumbent Representative Doug LaMalfa and challenger Audrey Denney, the two candidates on the ballot.
The forum is co-sponsored by Nevada County Media, with collaboration from the League of Women Voters of Butte County and the Redding Area.
Constituents are encouraged to submit questions to the candidates in advance via info [at] lwvwnc.org. The question deadline is Tuesday, October 13 at noon. The forum will be moderated by the LWVWNC.
