In addition to the regular monthly meeting of the Electoral College Abolition Commitee, the committee will welcome Professor Wilfred U. Professor Codrington is the Walter Floersheimer Professor of Constitutional Law and co-director of the Floersheimer Center for Constitutional Democracy at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, New York.  He is also a Fellow of the Brennan Center for Justice.  He co-authored the book with John F. Kowal, Vice President for programs at the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU School of Law,
