In the November 2022 election, voters in Evanston approved ranked choice voting.  This virtual (Zoom) program will explain ranked choice voting, how it works and what benefits it provides.  

Alisa Kaplan, Executive Director of Reform for Illinois, a nonpartisan research and advocacy organization that empowers the public to participate in government, will be part of this Zoom presentation for our League and guests.  Ms. Kaplan, a Yale graduate with a J.D. and Ph.D. in Political Science from Northwestern University is an expert in law and political process.
