Campaign Finance Information Now Available on VOTE411.org

Voters in the Homewood-Flossmoor area and other communities can now access campaign finance information for federal candidates on their ballot via VOTE411.org, the League of Women Voters’ one-stop-shop for nonpartisan election-related information. Launched by the League of Women Voters Education Fund, this innovative feature will provide voters with insights into the financial backers of federal candidates ahead of the 2024 elections.

Campaign finance information enhances voter access and education by offering transparency on who or what organizations are funding candidate campaigns. This additional resource on VOTE411 provides insights and information for voters to evaluate candidates based on their financial supporters.

This VOTE411 expansion reflects the League’s long-standing commitment to promoting transparency and accountability in the political process. Voters will be able to explore campaign contributions and the sources of those funds, helping them gain a fuller understanding of a candidate’s potential priorities once in office.

The campaign finance data, provided by OpenSecrets, will be regularly updated on VOTE411, informing voters throughout the election cycle.

Voters can find all the information they need to cast their ballots at VOTE411.org https://www.vote411.org/
