To celebrate Juneteenth, the Lawrence Public Library and the League of Women Voters will host a panel discussion on the documentaries "Freedom Summer" and "Fannie Lou Hamer: Voting Rights Activist."
Because of the heat, the discussion has been moved to a Zoom presentation witth registration required. The discussion will feature local scholars, activists and educators.
