This committee organizes monthly presentations by knowledgeable people from the community and state on important issues. The programs are usually scheduled for noon on the third Thursday of each month. Previously, the setting was a large room at Watkins Museum of History on Mass Street in Lawrence or a similar venue. During the pandemic, the programs are presented virtually. The committee arranges to record the presentations, whenever possible.

At City Hall Proclamation
