RESTORATION OF VOTING RIGHTS FOR THE FORMERLY INCARCERATED

Who is eligible: 
1) Former felons who have completed their sentence OR
2) been on probation for 5 years OR
3) been on parole for 5 years.

Eligible persons must not have been convicted of voter fraud or other election offenses.

Voter registration must be done at the Registrar of Voters Office, City Hall, RM 1W23; 1300 Perdido St.
