Each spring the League of Women Voters of Wellesley recognizes Wellesley High School students for outstanding civic engagement in the school and broader community. This year the LWVW awarded copies of "Lend Me Your Ears," a collection of famous speeches edited by William Safire, to each of four Wellesley High School students during the traditional Awards Nights at the end of the school year. Congratulations to recipients for 2016: seniors Matthew Hornung and Maddie Petrovich and underclass members Sinclaire Vandervoort and Max Sours.
