WHAT IS ANNUAL MEETING AND WHY SHOULD I BE THERE? 

Most groups need an organizational plan and the League of Women Voters is no different. On the National and State levels there are Conventions every two years. On the local level, there is an Annual Meeting. For the past three years we have done a Zoom Annual Meeting. We could “meet online” but missed out on the in-person joys of being able to relax and visit with each other over good food and wine before looking over what we did in the past year and plan for the next one. 

We Need You.

Each spring we need to adopt a budget for the coming year, elect a new Board, and talk about what all members want to see the League involved with in the coming year. In addtion to our Board Members, we will need at least 15 additional League members present to have the quorum needed to conduct official business. So please join us!!!

We know this may be the first Annual Meeting for many members. Come and see why this in person get together is both fun and inspiring!
