This year, the Annual Meeting will be held as a Zoom event open to Wellesley League members and their guests. The meeting will start at 7 pm and will include a time for socializing with fellow League members before the Annual Meeting comes to order.

League members will receive an email with a downloadable pdf version of the 2020 Annual Meeting Workbook (Bulletin), which will also be available on the "Members Only" part of this website. Please review the Workbook as there are several items which need to be voted on, including the composition of next year's Board. Don't forget that a quorum of 14 non-board members is needed to pass  agenda items at the Annual Meeting.

In early May, members will receive an Evite which will contain the link to the Zoom Annual Meeting and a password. To avoid "Zoom bombing", please do not share the link or password anywhere online, including Facebook. Click  here for some help if you have not used Zoom before.
