The LWV takes positions on issues after study and consensus-building. That process starts at the annual Planning Meeting. Members of the League of Women Voters of the Copper Country will meet on Saturday, January 10, 2026, for our annual Planning Meeting. The meeting, which includes a lunch sponsored by the League, is from 11 am to 1 pm at the 5th and Elm Coffeeshop, 426 Quincy Street, Hancock.
