Please be advised that a meeting of the Dearborn Election Commission has been called for Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at 2 pm to be held in the Room 1-B at the Dearborn Administrative Center located at 16901 Michigan Ave., Dearborn, Michigan for the following purposes:

1. Approval of the minutes of the February 1, 2024 Election Commission Meeting.

2. Approve the Election Inspector List for the August 6, 2024 State Primary Election.

3. Approve the number of Absentee Counting Boards to process Optical Scan Absentee Ballots for the August 6, 2024 State Primary Election.

4. To consider any such other items of business that may properly come before the Election Commission.
