Please be advised that a meeting of the Dearborn Election Commission has been called for Thursday, October 10, 2024 at 10 am to be held in the Room 1-B at the Dearborn Administrative Center located at 16901 Michigan Ave., Dearborn, Michigan for the following purposes:

1. Approval of the minutes of the July 9, 2024 Election Commission Meeting.

2. Approve the Election Inspector List for the November 5, 2024 General Election.

3. Approve the number of Absentee Counting Boards to process Optical Scan Absentee Ballots for the November 5, 2024 General Election.

4. To consider adjusting the Election Inspector payroll amount effective with the November 5, 2024 General Election.

5. To consider any such other items of business that may properly come before the Election Commission.
