Michigan hadn't passed any gun laws in the past 40 years. As a result, guns became the number one cause of death for children.

So we organized and fought back.

Since our founding, End Gun Violence Michigan has helped win a dozen new laws, policies and appropriations to finally end gun violence. Victories like the safe storage law, stronger domestic violence laws, and millions of dollars in state funding for gun violence prevention programs are literally saving lives right now.

This work has only been possible because of the commitment, activism, and investment of our members.
