MICRC Public Comment Period is Underway
Last week, Michigan’s Independent Citizens’ Redistricting Commission advanced 10 potential Commission-drawn state House District maps to a public comment period. Whichever map is chosen, the Commission needs to listen to public input and make necessary improvements to ensure a fair, representative map. The public comment period is already underway and will conclude on February 24. Details on the Commission’s upcoming meetings are available here. General information and resources on the redistricting process are available from PTV here.
