Dr. Barbara Klein is a 20-year League member who served in numerous positions with the Oregon, ?Arizona, and national League.

Representative Gary Hebl is sponsor of the National Popular Vote in the Wisconsin House, where he has been a member since 2004.  He is an attorney and small business owner.

Eileen Reavey co-founded the grasssroots advocacy group for National Popular Vote in Oregon in 2016 and now works on building momentum and support for this issue nationwide.
