You are invited to join us for our presentation “Protecting MI Midterm Elections" on Saturday, 3/21 at 11 a.m. with guest speaker Alyson Grisgsby. We are also excited to welcome back Professor Kevin Deegan-Krause for a follow-up mini presentation on MI Money Out of Politics.

Alyson Grigsby is the Policy Education Specialist for Voters Not Politicians and Voters Not Politicians Education Fund. Alyson joined VNP in May 2021 after graduating from the University of Michigan with a Master’s in Transcultural Studies and a Bachelor’s in Political Science. They began working directly with VNP’s community mapping program, collaborating with volunteers to help various Deep Engagement Partners across the state participate in the 2020 redistricting process. As Civic Engagement Manager,  Alyson also assists in various VNP initiatives including Nights and Weekends and the Democracy Academy.

They will be discussing the ways that we can help to protect our midterm elections in MI because, as many of you may know, there are people who are willing to undermine the integrity of our Midterm elections in our state, and we want to protect our vote!
