Anyone with questions about various environmental activities Downrtiver is encouraged to attend a town hall meeting organized to possibly offer some answers.

It will be held at 6 p.m. on Jan. 29 at the Westfield Activities Center, 2700 Westfield Road, in Trenton.

The Environmental Protection Agency, along with the Dept. of EGLE, will be in attendance as will U.S. Rep. Debbie Dingell.

In previous meetings, residents touched on issues such as landfills, contamination, water quality, land reclamation and development.

Residents will have an opportunity to get updates, share their thoughts, as well as questions about cleanup of the McLouth and Arkema sites, PFAS remediation, and any other environmental concerns.
