"Contraception is at risk," says Michelle Trupiano, Executive Director of the Missouri Family Health Council, Inc. (mfhc.org). She told League members in St. Louis that a fourth of Missourians polled are confused by the Dobbs decision. While emergency contraception and all forms of birth control (pills, shot, implant and IUD) are currently legal in Missouri, contraception is becoming more of a political football. She stressed the need to counter misinformation and pass Amendment 3 to protect access to birth control.

MFHC does all the administrative work on Title X programs so "health centers can do what they do best - provide high-quality care." For more information, including how to get a free emergency contraception kit, go to Missouri Family Health Council, Inc. | Home (mfhc.org).
