Changing "Owners:" Checklist for Outgoing Webmaster
If you're preparing to leave your Webmaster position and bringing on your replacement, read this guide to find all of the relevant instructions for things you should do before you leave.
- Add the new user account - To be a webmaster in MyLO, the new person will need a user account. Whether you are creating a brand new one or finding an existing one, the user account will need to be added to your League's group on MyLO.
- Give that user webmaster priviliges - The role of 'administrator member' must be enabled for the new user to have editing permissions.
- Transfer your content and media to the new webmaster - With the click of one button, you can instantly transfer ownership of all files and content you've uploaded/created.
