The Wilton LWV will join the Wilton Kiwanis for a special virtual presentation by Dr. Gary L. Rose, professor and chair in the department of government at Sacred Heart University. In addition to his teaching, Professor Rose has published twelve books, including Connecticut government, the American presidency, constitutional law, and presidential elections.
