November is Homelessness Awareness Month. The Contra Costa Library has been hosting monthly programs to link up the homeless with resources, and to provide an opportunity for dialogue.
The public is invited to attend and share their thoughts. This time we are leaving the meeting open ended so the public can be heard. Come with an open mind. Share your questions and possible solutions.
To accept and file proposed homelessness report, approve city homeless plan, and approve homeless task force, the Torrance City Council and the Social Services Commission will be conducting a joint meeting that is open to the public.
