LWVUS Study on the Federal Judiciary

April 10th, 4pm via zoom

The Federal Judiciary Study will focus on the Federal Judiciary, including the Supreme Court. The purpose is “to develop an LWV position on the Federal Judiciary as an essential component of US democracy,” including judicial accountability, transparency, independence, and ethics. Study guides, discussion prompts and briefings can be found here and an outline of a presentation on the study by the LWV Caratoga County is also helpful to understanding the topic.  (The presentation is also attached below.)
