Our speaker is Jose Serrano, director of Orange County’s Office of Immigrant and Refugee Affairs (OIRA). Jose has twelve (12) years of experience working in all aspects of immigration law and refugee resettlement.
Our guest speaker will be David P. Adams, Ph.D. He is the Public Administration Coordinator and MPA Director at California State University, Fullerton.
