On the 153rd Anniversary of the ratification of the 14th Amendment, Inclusive Justice is hosting an important forum on the 14th Amendment and the struggle to achieve full equality under the law.
The webinar will be held on Wednesday, July 28th from 7 pm - 9 pm EST on Zoom.
Keynote speaker will be Rogers M. Smith, recent President of the American Political Science Association and the Professor of Political Science at the University of Pennsylvania. He is the author of The Unsteady March: The Rise and Decline of Racial Equality in America (co-authored with Philip Klinkner), 1999.
Congresswoman Debbie Dingell, former Detroit NAACP President Heaster Wheeler, and staff attorney for the ACLU of Michigan's LGBT Project Jay Kaplan, will respiond to the keynote address.
