Go Green HP and the League of Women Voters Highland Park/Highwood invited Leslie Shad of Natural Habitat Evanston to speak about earning Community Habitat Certification from the National Wildlife Federation. We heard about what it takes to be certified , how to organize effectively in the community and the myriad benefits of creating more safe places for wildlife in our city.
