The Great Lakes Way represents a vision for more than 300 miles of greenways and water trails along Southeast Michigan’s Great Lakes coastline.
It will link residents and visitors with world-class freshwater, wildlife, and recreation activities, including fishing, birding, paddling, wildlife photography, and more. It will also help catalyze economic development, increase property values, support healthy living, promote conservation and environmental education, and celebrate historical and cultural assets – making Southeast Michigan a premier destination for freshwater recreation in the United States.
Join this webinar to learn more about this exciting new initiative, led by the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan, and hear from local and regional partners about what it means for their communities.
