Public Comment: a parent referred to an upcoming vote on Agenda item L, a separation agreement, asking that the board be transparent and give the public more information. Many parents and students were attending the meeting.

The minutes of the last meeting were approved.

Middle School Report- theme of the year, leadership team, climate/culture, clubs, and activities

Treasurer's Report
General fund review, results of enrollment study, down last 3 years, more homeschooling is affecting enrollment. The district needs to market the benefits of public education more effectively.

HVAC, boiler pump, summer projects, Detmer parking lot
