  •  Arnold Weinfeld – Associate Director, Institute for Public Policy and Social Research at MSU.
  • Rachel Richards – Director of Fiscal Policy and Government Relations at Michigan League for Public Policy, and
  • Robert Schneider – Senior Research Associate at Citizens Research Council of Michigan.
