A panel of experts will explain the importance of conserving the aquifer from which Chico gets its water, what is being done to achieve sustainability, and the various interests involved.  Confirmed so far: Prof. Todd Greene, CSU Chico; Aqualliance, Tovey Giezentanner from the Tuscan Water District.
