- Complete, Print, and Mail an Absentee Ballot Application; or,
- If you live in Wood County Ohio, call the Wood County Board of Elections, 419-354-9120, and ask them to mail the Absentee Ballot Application to you.
- If you live in Wood County Ohio, mail the completed form to: WCBOE, 1 Courthouse Sq, Bowling Green, OH 43402.
- Special Note: Once you have submitted your Absentee Ballot APPLICATION to the Board of Elections, they will mail to you your Absentee Ballot. Complete the Ballot and mail it via U.S. Postal Service AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to your county Board of Elections -- it must be received by the Board of Elections on or before Election Day, 05/05/26; OR,
- Deliver it in person to your county Board of Elections by 7:30 PM on Election Day, 05/05/26.
