Thank you to all who have already registered for the upcoming MDCR Spotlight on Thursday, July 30th! July’s Spotlight is focusing on voting rights, just in time for the upcoming midterm elections. The in-person forum will be held in Detroit at Fellowship Chapel Banquet and Conference Center at 7707 West Outer Drive.

  • Angela Davenport, Executive Director Voting Access for All Coalition
  • Mika McAskill, Director of Public Engagement, Michigan Department of State
  • David Murray, Executive Office Analyst, Michigan Department of State
  • Eric Welsby, Advocacy Director, Detroit Disability Power
  • Heaster Wheeler, Former Executive Director, Detroit NAACP

A light dinner will be served at 5:30, with the program set to start at 6 PM.
