The signature-gathering and certification process for placing a proposal on the ballot is intentionally comprehensive.  While we hope for a decision that doesn't result in this anti-voter proposal on the ballot, we trust and respect the roles that the Bureau of Elections, Board of Canvassers, and Michigan Supreme Court all hold.

Regardless of the Michigan Supreme Court's eventual decision, we are committed to creating a voting system that works for everyone, and will continue to advocate for all eligible Michigan voters, fighting any attempt to put barriers between them and the ballot box.
