that coordinates legislative and administrative functions, and that is adaptable to changing
requirements of county government.
Position In Brief:
- Support of a thoroughly revised Butte County, county charter.
- Support inclusion within the County Code for the office of Chief Administrative Officer.
- Support of the appointment of certain county officers who are now elected and whose jobs are mainly administrative.
- Support codification and a clear definition of the responsibility and authority of county officers.
