Meeting Summary:

Public Comments were solicited from two residents from the Brady Lake area; one was related to off-road parking by people using the lake and the other was a request for more trash cans. There was a discussion of solutions to these and other problems, and a suggestion by Vice-Chairman Scott Swan that the formation of a residents’ association would allow for setting guidelines for the use of the lake.

Reports from the Zoning Inspector and Deputy Fire Prevention Officer were delivered, and a written report from the Road Superintendent was available; all reports will be attached to the official record. A request from Zoning Inspector Cicozzi to have site plans, maps, and other large documents in storage digitized was approved.

Old Business included announcements about a new contract for the cell tower lease, a contract renewal with ODOT for the purchase of road salt, and the submission of contracts for Hudson Road expansion, including the addition of bike lanes.

New Business included approval of a quote for window cleaning for the town hall and an announcement about the completion of township website reconstruction. Also discussed and approved was an update to COVID protocols for all township-owned buildings.
