Superintendent's Report:

• New start/stop times worked well
• Changes to Kindergarten report cards, no traditional report cards will be given until Grade 3, new format will emphasize growth, social and work habits, and language arts skills. They will focus on standards. They will provide better communication with parents about their children's school experience.
• Freedom Flag ceremony commemorating those who fell on 9/11, only the second school in Ohio chosen.
• There is a new Assistant Station Manager position.

Treasurer's Report:

• Everything is on track

CBO's Report:

• Digital sign update
• HVAC updates, Gardner Design and Build, shared services and monitoring needed. Approved assets not coming from salaries or benefits--cost is coming from Fund 034 (Classroom Facilities Fund).

• Grimm--Community events, band schedule
