In Pennsylvania, certain counties offer secure drop boxes for voters to return their mail-in or absentee ballots. Click here for locations. 

Ballots should be submitted before 8 p.m. on Election Day. According to state law, voters must personally return their ballots unless they have authorized someone in writing to deliver it.
