This event is part of our Delco Youth Voter Initiative which is a collaboration of nonpartisan organizations working to promote voting and civic engagement among the youth in Delaware County.

Join us for the Hot Topic: Have Our Election Procedures Changed and How Secure Are They? On Friday, September 18, 2026 at Noon via Zoom. The program will feature James Allen, Director Delaware County Bureau of Elections. He will share how Delaware County Elections are Free, Fair and Secure and will highlight how they are safeguarded from “rigging” or fraud.

The League of Women Voters of Central Delaware County will be holding Get-Out-The-Vote (GOTV) postcard writing events on Saturdays, September 19 and October 10 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM.

Saturday, September 19 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Rachel Kohl Community Library, 687 Smithbridge Road, Glen Mills 19342.
Saturday, October 10 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Ridley Township Public Library, 100 E MacDade Blvd, Folsom PA 19033.

The International Relations Study Group of the League of Women Voters of Central Delaware County has been active for years studying different countries meeting monthly on the second Tuesday at 12:30 pm. To generate discussion the group uses the Great Decisions Briefing Book resources put out by the Foreign Policy Association.

On October 13 , 2026 the discussion will be a review of Chapter 6 of 2026 Great Decisions titled; Multilateral Institutions in a Changing World Order .

Our League of Women Voters of Central Delaware County again this year will be participating in Boscov’s Friends Helping Friends (FHF) event. This event helps shoppers save money on the Friends Helping Friends Day Wednesday, October 21, 2026 from 8AM to 11PM and also helps raise money for our League to support our programs plus it gives our members an opportunity to share voting information.

Our volunteers will be selling the shopping passes at tables at the Boscov's Granite Run Store 1067 Baltimore Pike Media, PA on two pre-sale days and on the FHF sale day.
