Ohio politicians in the legislature and the Ohio Redistricting Commission are about to redraw our US Congressional districts. During the 2024 campaign for a constitutional amendment to create an independent redistricting commission, many of these same leaders claimed that Ohio’s redistricting process worked well for Ohio voters.

Now is their chance to prove it.

Run for Office panel discussion to encourage people to run for office. The League has invited community members who have served or are currently serving on one of the various boards.

Impact on Issues is designed to help League members use LWVUS and public policy positions effectively at the national, state, local, and regional levels. The intention is to inspire Leagues to use national positions to act in their own communities.
