The February 2016 Voter

The February 2016 VOTER includes a welcome to new members Miriam Nieto and Twillea Evans-Carthen. Welcome!!!!

It included a thank you to Ernie and Dotti Garcia for opening the Garcia Center for the Arts for the LWVSB Holiday party. (It was wonderful. The building is magnificent, and Ernie held us spellbound with stories of its history and the history of San Bernardino.)
