VOTE411.org is now available to provide election and candidate information for the upcoming August 6th State/Federal Primary and State/County General Election. It includes candidates' biographical information and their responses to a standard set of questions.

To remain safe, the annual membership meeting will be held in a virtual manner in May 2020.

To minimize the spread of the corona virus, all LWVOR public events have been cancelled until further notice.

February 14, 2020, is the 100th anniversary of the passage of the 19th amendment, giving women the right to vote. The League of Women Voters of Oak Ridge plans to celebrate the centennial with regional events this summer and fall, in conjunction with the Suffrage Coalition, a nonprofit group in East Tennessee.
