Recycling in Oak Ridge and Tennessee

Did you ever want to know why recycling seems to be so difficult in certain parts of Tennessee and not others? Why does Sevierville have state of the art one-stream recycling and yet the near-by Great Smoky Mountains NP does not have recycling cans? Dr. Graham is a passionate expert on local recycling issues and the environmental impact of recycling. She will also bring us up to date on proposed local action as well as legislation to increase recycling across the state of Tennessee.
