 "Don’t forget about us.” That plea was sent by a child inside the Dilley Processing Immigration Center to the outside world. One person who has not forgotten is our September Distinguished Speaker, Dr. Paul H. Wise. A pediatrician and professor at Stanford School of Medicine, Dr. Wise has served as the Juvenile Care Monitor overseeing the treatment of migrant children in U.S. border detention facilities.
