On Thursday, October 22 at 5 pm, The League of Women Voters of Los Angeles, in partnership with Angel City Brewery and Studio Number One, will host a virtual ballot party event, Ballots and Beers: Crafting Your Community, that features a curated list of nonpartisan speakers from the League to help guide voters in the California election propositions. 

Angel City Brewerythe League of Women Voters of Los Angeles and Studio Number One are helping voters become better educated in the most charged elections of our time. On Friday, October 23, the trio will release I Vote Because  a classic Saison with Bavarian hops, lemon peel and ginger. The beer promotes voter awareness, aims to educate issues on the 2020 ballot, and seeks to engage nonpartisan civic responsibility. The can will feature a QR code linked to vote411.org. Pre-sales begin Thursday, October 22 on the brewery’s e-store.
