Tell your representatives that you want equality to be part of the Constitution
H.R. 891 affirms that the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) has met all of the requirements needed to be added to the U.S. Constitution and is already part of the Constitution. It will ensure it is considered effective as of January 27, 2022.
The 700,000 people of the District of Columbia deserve the same rights as any American living in our fifty states. They should have full representation in Congress and freedom from congressional interference in their local governance.

Our reproductive rights have been decimated by the recent Supreme Court decision in Dobbs. California must lead the way to strengthen and expand reproductive freedom.
Support the Racial Justice for All Act
Discrimination, both past and present, cannot be tolerated in our criminal courts. The Racial Justice Act for All will extend the protections of the California Racial Justice Act of 2020 (AB 2542, Kalra) to those who have already been harmed by convictions or sentences tainted by bias related to race, ethnicity, or national origin.
