Your State League in Action

The Bills Status Report on the LWVC website at https://lwvc.org/bill-status-report lists bills on issues of interest where LWVC has taken a position. It links to the texts of letters the League has submitted to the state legislature or to the governor.

Most recently, LWVC joined other nonprofit organizations in supporting the “Food for All” bills, AB 311 and SB 245, expanding access to California food assistance programs to everyone qualifying by need, regardless of immigration status or age.
