The time has come to actively support HB 299:
a proposal to add the Equal Rights Amendment to the Delaware Constitution.
“No person shall be denied equal rights under the law. Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged on account of the sex of the individual.”

Then, attend a rally at noon in front of Legislative Hall featuring Representative Lisa Blunt Rochester, Governer Carney, Representative Longhurst, and Senator Hansen
And one more event: Come to the hearing in the House Administration Committee in the afternoon at Legislative Hall to show your support. You can testify to let our Representatives know why we are urging them to pass this proposed legislation, to equalize the playing field for women and men.
