Among the honorees is Edith Mayo, Curator Emerita for political history at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History. She is a member of the Turning Point Suffragist Memorial Association's honorary board and led the compilation of information in the Turning Point Suffragist Memorial. The list of honorees also includes Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton, the recipient of our very first “Silent Sentinel Award” over a decade ago.
