The way we vote here in Hawaii is about to change -- and Common Cause Hawaii wants to make sure YOU know how to cast your ballot in 2020!

Last year, our state legislature passed a mandatory, statewide Vote By Mail law. That means instead of lining up at a polling place on Primary Day and Election Day, you’ll fill out your ballot at home -- then either mail it in or drop it off at a voter service center or dropbox.

Next month, the Hawaii Senate and House Judiciary Committees are holding an important briefing for voters to provide more information and answer questions about these changes. Click here for the official hearing notice (PDF).

Join us on November 13th from 2-4 p.m. to learn more about Hawaii’s new voting system!
