The public is welcomed to join the General Meeting of the Hawai`i County League of Women Voters on Saturday, April 16th, 2022, from 10 a.m. Guest speaker Charles "Chuck" Greenfield, Esq., will present on "Civil Justice in America: Equal Justice for All, or Only for Some?"

Mr. Greenfield will discuss the state of justice in Hawai`i and nationally, in civil matters. Who has access to an attorney and the judiciary? Does the lack of access to an attorney result in a denial of justice? What can be done to improve this critical situation?

We will also recognize the winner of the 2022 League of Women Voters of Hawai`i County Award at the Hawai`i History Day Fair for Hawai`i Island.
